Meet me on select Tuesday mornings (dates below) in the courtyard of the shop to explore working with the Flower Essences of the Sonoran Desert. Intended to support our practice of slowing down and listening to ourselves and the plants with one another in community. Each week we will sit with one plant (mineral or environmental) essence that supports us in being in a deeper relationship to the place where we live and the magic and potency of what is around us.

We will begin with a short Qi Gong practice to focus and smooth our energy. We will then do a meditation where we sit with the essence and track our experiences. After the meditation we will share what we noticed. Each participant will receive a small bottle of the essence to continue their work exploring the plant. 

*Note: This is not a class where I will lecture about medicinal properties. It’s more of an opportunity to work together and get to know the plants around us and share our own experiences.
