Because immune system support is never really a bad idea ... we introduce our new Herbal Immune Broth! I'm so excited to bring you this nourishing, blood-building vitamin and mineral goodness. With Nettles, Oats, Reishi and Cordeceps mushrooms, Astragalus, Ginger and Osha leaf, it makes a flavorful base to any stock or broth, and helps to potentize your meals with the medicinal strength of herbs. RECIPE: Simple Morning Miso Step 1: Make a strong tea with 2 heaping TBSPs of Herbal Immune Broth mixture and 20 oz (ish) of water. Step 2: Simmer tea for 5 minutes and strain Step 3: Add whatever veggies you have in your refridgerator (I like kale and carrots), 1 packet of GF Ramen Noodles, 1 TBSP miso paste and a few shakes of garlic powder and simmer until noodles and veggies are cooked (usually 3-5 minutes)"
